DAY PASS: A 1 day pass can be purchased at the front desk for $15. This includes access to the club for 1 visit in a single calendar day. As a courtesy, any day passes purchased may be applied towards the cost of enrollment if converted to a monthly memberhsip.

Club Policies & Procedures
We are a family owned, independent, private facility, therefore adherence to all of our rules is essential to keeping our environment, safe, comfortable, and beneficial to all who use it.
Club Etiquette & Rules

Always be Kind, Courteous, and Respectful to staff, trainers, and other members.

No Loud or excessive Grunting, or yelling. Please be Mindful of members around you.

Never drop or slam weights, including dumbells, barbells, and weight stacks.

Treat the equipment and facility as if it were your own.

Shoes, top, and bottoms must be worn at all times on the gym floor, no exceptions. Shoes must be closed toe, and secured firmly to your feet at all times for safety and sanitary reasons.

Recording, while allowed, must be done in a way that does not interfere with members around you, and does not block walkways. Recording other members, even in the background of your video, is strictly prohibited without prior consent.

Children without a membership are not allowed on the gym floor without direct consent by club management. Safety is our highest priority, especially when it comes to youth. Minimum age to use the club without direct parental supervision is 13 years of age or older.

Children that are capable of responsibly using our lounge without supervision may utilize the free Wi-Fi or television. The club & management reserves the right to determine if the child is of age/responsible to be left unattended, and it is the parental guardians responsibility to ensure their safety and adherence to club policies while in the facility. Please see club management with any questions regarding this policy, and the club is not responsible for providing childcare or supervision of children under the age of 13.

Our club adopts a culture of sharing equipment, and "working in" whenever possible. All members share the cost of the equipment, and therefore have the responsibilty to share the equipment accordingly.

It is the members' responsibility to wipe down equipment after use if sweat or dirt is left behind. We believe in maintaining a top-notch facility when it comes to cleanliness, please let our front desk know of any issues or concerns you see.

Unprescribed Steroid abuse/promotion is strictly prohibited within the club.

Powder chalk is prohibited within the club. Liquid or mess-free chalk alternatives are allowed.

Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, including excessive language or rude behavior towards members or staff.

Weights and equipment must be put away in correct storage areas, and all plates must be removed from machines and bars after use.
Membership Policies

All memberships are month-to-month and renew on the 1st of each month.

All membership purchases, including enrollment fees and monthly dues are final, and not subject to refunds. Membership is billed for provided access to the club, not based on club usage. The monthly price is determined by estimating average annual usage and providing a monthly discounted rate year round, in order to maintain a comfortable environment and minimal crowd to equipment ratio.

We do not charge any annual or maintenance fees.

Membership changes, holds, or requests to discontinue may be made at any time and are effective upon the request date. Requests for change can be made via phone, email, or in person at the club. We kindly ask that requests be made at least 1 business day prior to the 1st of the month, to ensure adequate time to adjust billing prior to the next month's dues. Proof of change can be provided upon request via email.

Any changes or requests to membership on or after the 1st of the month are not subject to refunds or return of unused memberhsip time.

Any Paid-In-Full memberships are non-refundable for any reason, which is why we recommend a monthly rate vs. 1 year paid in full memberships, while we do allow this option upon request.

Monthly memberships require a valid payment method on file, in the form of a credit card, debit card, or bank account via ACH. Late payments may result in a temporary hold of club usage, however we do not impose any late or service fees.

All guests must be checked in each time at the front desk, and pay applicable guest fees. Sharing key-tags or sneaking in guests is strictly prohibited and is considered theft, and will result in loss of club access.

We require ID and member photo identification to ensure the safety and security of our facility.
