The Ark Fitness 4th Anniversary Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Ark Fitness ("Sponsor") and is intended to celebrate our 4th anniversary with our members.
Giveaway Period
Eligible entries must be received on or before August 15. Entries received after this date will not be included in the drawing.
How to Enter
Participants may earn entries by completing any of the following eligible activities during the Giveaway period:

Purchasing the Ark Fitness Membership Promotion.

Becoming a new Ark Fitness member on or before August 15.

Purchasing a supplement or apparel item with a minimum purchase of $10.

Leaving a Google review for Ark Fitness.

Purchasing the Existing Member Promotion.
There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may earn through eligible activities.
Eligibility
To be eligible to win, participants must:

Be an active, current member of Ark Fitness at the time of the prize drawing and prize claim.

Meet all entry requirements by the Giveaway deadline.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random during a live drawing on August 17.
You do not need to be present to win. Winners who are not present will be contacted using the contact information on file.
Prizes

Each participant may win a maximum of two (2) prizes.

Prizes have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash, credit, or substitution, except at the sole discretion of Ark Fitness.

Prize availability is subject to change if necessary.
Prize Claim
Winners must claim their prize within one (1) week of the drawing date. Any prize not claimed within this time may, at Ark Fitness' discretion, be forfeited and awarded to another eligible participant.
General Conditions
By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these Official Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Ark Fitness, which are final in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
